| Michelle L. Masoncup |
Michelle L. Masoncup is as an associate attorney focusing her practice on banking, finance and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Michelle worked for an accomplished mid-sized firm where she practiced in the firm’s land use
and zoning, commercial real estate, municipal law, and commercial litigation groups. She has represented corporate and
private entities in all stages of commercial real estate development including: purchase and sale agreements, leases, title
and survey, preparation and presentation of zoning petitions, and litigation.
Michelle graduated with a B.B.A. degree with honors from the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa and
earned her law degree from Valparaiso School of Law.
Michelle also serves on the Board of Directors for the Fox River Chapter of the American Red Cross and also is a volunteer
for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
