| Sandy Strassman |
Sandy Strassman has been practicing law since 1990. She has practiced in both law firm and in-housing settings and
has experience in a wide range of legal areas. She began her career at Mayer, Brown & Platt in the labor and
employment department. From 1994-1998 she was sole in-house counsel for Uarco Incorporated, a 3,500 employee
manufacturer and distributor of business forms with offices throughout the United States. As such, she has experience
with all areas of law with which corporations deal on a daily basis, including labor and employment/human resources
matters, contract drafting, review and negotiation, real estate and equipment leasing, and intellectual property. She also
served as Acting Business Counsel for Kraft Foods.
Sandy received her B.A. in English from the University of Florida and her law degree from the University of Chicago
Law School. At the University of Chicago, Sandy was a member of the Law Review and graduated with honors.
