Personal Injury Results
During the month of April, the Firm recovered One Million Dollars for a child who was injured in a boating accident. The settlement was for the policy limits.
The Firm recovered a $275,000 arbitration award for a client who was hit by another driver in a head-on collision. Our client sustained a concussion and surgical repair of shoulder and elbow injuries.
The Firm recovered $100,000 on behalf of a client who was injured in a T-bone intersection accident and required surgical intervention for a rotator cuff tear.
The Firm recovered $125,000 for a client who was on a motorcycle when a truck turned left in front of him, causing a collision with multiple injuries.
Business Litigation Results
The Firm documented over Four Million Dollars in new capital funding for a national fitness organization.
During this stressful time, the Firm is working with our bank clients in providing help to both our local and national commercial borrowers. During the past two weeks alone, the Firm has worked to restructure and document over Forty Million Dollars in credit facilities on behalf of our bank clients.
The Firm obtained summary judgment including all attorney fees on a breach of a contract claim for $150,000 in Kane County.
