Personal Injury Recoveries
This month, the Firm recovered a confidential amount for our client who was severely injured in Chicago while a passenger in a vehicle operated by one of the country’s most prominent ride-share companies. Our client sustained significant orthopedic injuries and lost wages.
The Firm also recovered for a client who was injured in a premise liability case when a neighbor’s fence fell over onto her causing a significant degloving of her leg and fractures. The Firm was able to recover the policy limits from the homeowner whose fence fell over.

Attorney Lindsey Purdy will be presenting to a nationwide audience of attorneys on May 4, 2018, with the National Business Institute on “Protecting Your Client’s Assets: Filing a Proof of Claim and Navigating the Claims Process in Bankruptcy.” Her presentation will cover how to file a proof of claim in order to have an allowed claim, increased disclosure requirements for creditors, and litigating claims issues.
