In the first two months of 2018, the Firm has recovered over $1,000,000 for its personal injury clients. The recoveries stem from injuries occurring in motor vehicle accidents and at negligently maintained retail stores in Cook, DuPage and Will counties.
Commercial and Banking Litigation
The Firm was successful in dismissing a case against its client for half a million dollars arising out of a loan agreement.
The Firm prevailed in obtaining a favorable settlement for plaintiffs in a class action suit. The class action suit was brought against a defendant based on breach of contract and violation of the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
